HISTORY OF BFRC
Bulacan Fancier Racing Club was started by Mr. Grignon Verayo of Baliuag, Bulacan in January 2006. The clocking system used was version 1.0 of a program offered by http//:clock.cav.ph. Loading of all birds was done in his residence.
In January 2008, Mr. Verayo turned-over the leadership to Mr. Al Mark Keyser of Malolos, Bulacan. Loading of birds was transferred in Pulilan, Bulacan and has since become the club base. In December, the website http//:bfrcphil.webs.com was launched to make race results and other club documents accessible to the public to develop and maintain transparency.
It was January 2009 when the club upgraded its clocking system to version 3.0 for faster speed computation. Unofficial results were available in real-time at http://clock.cav.ph.
The leadership decided to get the pigeon clocking services of MAVC in August 2014.
August 2015, BFRC introduced the Club SMS to its members and in November launched its new website bfrcph.com.
At present, BFRC has members from Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan and nearby towns in Metro Manila.
