The SMS Clocking System (http://clock.cav.ph/) being used by BFRC is undergoing transition and improvements.

In effect, starting 2011 North Race new access numbers will be used. This change requires ALL mobile numbers to be registered again. Member numbers remain the same.

Please wait for further instructions. There is no hurry as we are waiting for the formal launch of the upgraded system. Thank you.
